I have a missing, incorrect, damaged, or faulty item

At TATCHA we want all of our orders to reach you in perfect condition.

 

An item is missing from my order. What should I do?

We're sorry if there's an item missing from your order. Here’s what could’ve happened:


  1. The item you ordered may have been out of stock at the time - we would have sent you a refund confirmation about this. 
  2. Our warehouse made a mistake. If you have a missing item, please get in touch with us here. Let us know which item is missing, your order number along with a photo of your dispatch note and parcel showing if it has been tampered with in any way and our teams will investigate this for you. We'll also need photographic evidence of the dispatch note included in your parcel along with the packaging it arrived in. 

 

My order has arrived and the packaging is damaged

We take care when packing up your order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Please send an image of the parcel. Please retain all items and packaging until your issue has been resolved by our team. 

 

 

If for any reason you have an issue with your order/item whether it be damaged, faulty, or incorrect please reach out to our Customer Service team by using this link here so we can investigate and resolve any concerns.

TATCHA monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong, and damaged items for abuse. TATCHA reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, the shopping account is subject to closure
