We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed on our website; this includes removing items or exchanges. Our warehouse works very quickly to ensure your orders arrive promptly, so once your order has been processed through our systems, we are unable to make any changes to it.

Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your parcel to a different address; however, you can arrange alternative convenient delivery options once you have received your Royal Mail tracking link.
