We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you’ve changed your mind on an item, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Only products purchased directly from Tatcha (https://www.tatcha.co.uk) are eligible for return.
  • Opened or used items, or those with broken seals, cannot be returned due to safety reasons.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We are unable to process returns or refunds for products purchased from other retailers or suppliers.
  • If your order included a free gift, this must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
  • We do not accept partial returns of bundles or sets. Only complete sets can be returned.
  • Items that have been damaged or lost from personal use - dropped, stolen, spilled, mishandles etc are not refundable. 

Refunds & Shipping Costs:

  • Postage costs for both delivery and returns are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise by our Customer Care team.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process once the item has been receipted at our warehouse.

Inspection & Processing:

  • All returned items will be opened and inspected upon arrival. Products that have been tampered with, nearly emptied or filled with other substances will not be refunded.
